Terms of Service
These terms set out the conditions for using the NutriBali website and for registering for an online nutrition consultation. By using the site or submitting a registration, you agree to them. Please read them before you register. If any clause is unclear, write to the team and ask before you book a session.
How to read these terms
The document is written in plain English rather than legal shorthand. Each heading answers one question: what the service covers, who can register, how sessions are booked and moved, what payment looks like, what we ask of you, and where the guidance stops. Nothing in it is meant to be surprising — it is a record of how the practice already works.
Where a clause says "we" or "NutriBali", it means the team at Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 201, Denpasar. Where it says "you", it means the person registering for a consultation, or the parent or guardian registering for a family member. Anything not covered here is covered in the privacy policy or the cookie policy — both are linked at the bottom of this page.
Scope of the service
NutriBali provides online nutrition consultations delivered by registered nutritionists and dietitians. The service covers meal planning, everyday food choices, and habit guidance.
It does not include medical diagnosis, treatment, or medication management, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor or hospital.
- A pre-assessment review of your current eating pattern, routines, and preferences.
- A written meal plan prepared for your household, with portion and swap notes.
- Follow-up sessions where you bring what week one actually looked like.
- A clear statement when a question belongs with your doctor instead.
Where a consultation stops and medical care begins
Nutrition guidance sits beside your medical care, not in place of it. If you are managing a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, or take prescription medication, tell your consultant at the start of the session. They will work around your doctor's instructions and will say plainly when a question needs a clinician's answer rather than a nutritionist's.
Meal planning for a household is a good example. We can help you restructure what the family eats, suggest realistic swaps at the market, and build a week that fits your budget and cooking time. We cannot adjust insulin doses, interpret lab results, or decide whether a symptom is serious.
Eligibility and registration
You may register if you are able to enter into a binding agreement, or if you are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of a family member. Information submitted at registration must be accurate to the best of your knowledge — the plan you receive is only as useful as the picture you give us.
We may decline or cancel a registration where information is misleading or where the request falls outside the service scope. If that happens, you will be told why, and any fee that has not yet been earned by a delivered session is returned.
Registration happens through the Contact & Registration page, which is the single intake route for this site. The same page is where you change your contact details later.
- 1 Note your usual meals for three ordinary days — not your best days.
- 2 Write down any medication, allergy, or condition your consultant should know.
- 3 Decide who the plan is for: you alone, or the whole household.
Consultations and scheduling
Consultation formats include chat, voice, and video, selected at booking. Times are proposed by the team and confirmed by you. If you need to reschedule, tell us with reasonable notice, as consultants hold the slot for you. Repeated missed sessions may affect our ability to hold a preferred time.
Sessions run during our working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Chat sessions can be answered in parts across a working day; voice and video sessions run as a single booked call. What you need on your side is quiet, a stable connection, and the pre-assessment answers you already submitted.
Fees and payment
Consultation fees are confirmed at booking, before you commit to a slot. Payment arrangements are stated at that stage, so there is no figure you discover after the call.
We do not sell supplements or products through this site, and no part of a consultation depends on purchasing anything from us. Your nutritionist will talk about food you can buy locally, not about items we would like you to order.
If a session is cancelled by the team for any reason, you are offered a replacement time at no additional cost. If you cancel a session yourself, the fee already confirmed at booking is handled according to the arrangement stated then.
- The fee for the consultation format you choose.
- How many follow-up sessions are proposed, and why.
- What is included in a session before you confirm a time.
- That nothing in the plan asks you to buy anything from us.
Questions about a quoted fee are welcome before you confirm. Call +62 361 224 889 during working hours, or write to [email protected].
Your responsibilities
Provide honest pre-assessment answers, attend scheduled sessions, and tell your consultant when something in a plan is not working. If you have a medical condition, continue to follow your doctor's advice alongside any nutrition guidance received here. Do not use the service to seek diagnosis or treatment.
Tell us what you actually eat, not what you intend to eat. Portion sizes, cooking habits, and the meals you skip all change the plan you receive.
If you take medication or have a diagnosed condition, your doctor's instructions come first and are shared with your consultant.
A plan you cannot follow is information, not a failure. Bring it back to the next session and it will be rebuilt around your week.
Registration is confirmed once the details submitted on the registration page have been reviewed. From that point, the terms on this page and the privacy policy apply to every session you book with the practice.
Nutrition guidance and its limits
Guidance provided is general nutrition support tailored to the information you supply. It is not a promise of any particular outcome, and results depend on many factors outside our control.
Consultants will state clearly when a question needs medical review and will not comment on medication or clinical matters. If a plan is not producing the change you hoped for, the response is to look at the plan again — the meals, the timing, the shopping, the cooking — and to check with your doctor where health is involved.
- Build a week of meals that matches your budget and cooking time.
- Suggest realistic swaps using food sold near you.
- Adjust portions and structure as your routine changes.
- Flag when a question belongs with a doctor.
- Diagnose a condition or interpret a lab result.
- Start, stop, or adjust medication of any kind.
- Promise a set amount of change by a set date.
- Replace care from your doctor or a hospital.
Own use of materials
Content on this website, including text and plans prepared for you, is provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, or resell it as your own.
Material prepared for you during a consultation is intended for your individual or household use, not for commercial distribution. Shop owners, caterers, and anyone planning to publish a plan under a business name need written permission from NutriBali first — write to [email protected] and describe how you intend to use it.
Printing a plan for your own fridge, sharing it with the person who cooks for you, or sending it to your doctor is exactly what it is for. Nothing in this section limits the doctor's access to information that concerns your care.
One registration can cover the meals of the people you cook for, as long as you are the one managing the account. The plan stays in the household.
Limitation of liability
We aim to provide accurate, useful guidance, but we do not accept liability for decisions you take based on it beyond what applicable law requires.
This includes outcomes connected to health conditions where medical advice should have been sought. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Data, changes and governing terms
Handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies is described in the cookie policy. Those documents form part of these terms. By registering, you confirm you have had the opportunity to read them.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in applicable requirements. The version published on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Where a change would affect a session already booked, you will be told before that session takes place.
This page is the current version, dated October 2026. Earlier versions are not kept online, so if you need a copy of one for your records, ask the team and a copy can be provided. Indonesian law applies to the agreement between you and NutriBali, and any dispute that cannot be settled in conversation is handled in Indonesia.
Questions and contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to NutriBali at Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 201, Denpasar, Bali, 80113, Indonesia, or by phone at +62 361 224 889 during working hours. Since one question about a clause often turns into a question about a consultation, the team can also route you to the right page.

Common questions about these terms
Short answers to the questions the team hears most often. If yours is not here, ask before you register.
Do I have to be unwell to register?
No. Most people who register want to eat better day to day — planning family meals, eating well on a busy schedule, or making sense of mixed advice. Consultations are built around that, and a diagnosis is not a requirement.
Can a consultation replace a visit to my doctor?
The two answer different questions. A doctor diagnoses and treats; a nutritionist works on the food side of your week. If a symptom or result needs medical attention, your consultant will say so and send you back to your doctor rather than work around it.
Will I be asked to buy anything?
No. Nothing is sold through this site and no plan depends on buying from us. Plans are written around food you can find at a normal market or supermarket in Bali.
Can I register for my parents or my child?
Yes, if you are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of a family member, or you manage the cooking and shopping for the household. Name the person the plan is for at registration so the consultant writes to the right kitchen.
What if I need to pause my sessions?
Tell your consultant. Travel, a busy season at work, or a family matter are all normal reasons to pause. The plan is kept with you and resumed at a new time rather than restarted from scratch.
If you are ready to book, the registration page carries the intake questions and the contact routes. Nothing is charged from this page.
